Daniel S. Herman, MD, PhD, describes efforts at the Penn Center for Precision Medicine to create a dynamic automated system that will collate and interpret a patient’s medical record in real time to discover patients with undiagnosed primary aldosteronism, a known contributor to chronic uncontrolled hypertension.
