the new operations at the aortic valve such as the ross procedure, Which is an incredible operation for younger patients. It's a much improved product compared to what we did 20 years ago. The other one is all the reparative uh surgery that we do especially for bicuspid uh disease as well as aortic valve insufficiency. This is a very important topic that is not 100 diffused to the cardiac cardiology community. Um But we're gonna be working on that as well where the big gaps are and what and what's happening right now. And we're right in the thick of it is aortic arch indo grafting a sending nordic indo grafting using minimally invasive end a grafting techniques for dissection type A. These are all pretty new things. These are all areas uh that we would like to inform the cardiology community um about uh you know projects that are that are oncoming and online and coming out in a few within a few years. So these are just a couple of areas. The other one is the idea that for the cardiologist that type a dissection doesn't necessarily need to be a long term death sentence. And we do have the techniques and approaches as well as understanding the natural history to be able to take these patients lives and make them a lot live longer
